3CX Log Reader - Unhandled Exception

I'm trying to debug some call problems with the Log Viewer, but as soon as I click on an item in the list I get an unhandled exception.

I go to Help -> Generate Support Info, then I download and extract the file. I fired up the Log Reader and open the log file in the extracted files. It loads, but as soon as I click on a list item, it generates the exception: Index out of range. I can tell you what version of the Log Reader it is because there doesn't seem to be a version number, but I downloaded it three times and get the same issue.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
