Hello,
as workaround if you made a mistake in the management restriction for the management console (if you delete your public IP (or due a change) to access the console and it won't work:
Example for 3CX / Linux instance:
ssh admin@FQDN-L 9000:localhost:5001 -i .ssh/3cx.pem
Browser: 127.0.0.1:9000 > now the access to the management console works and you can edit the restriction ;-)
