3CX management page is not responding after windows update.

Hey,

Just today when i was setting up our 3cx 15,5 our server did a restart for updates, after that i cant load the 3cx managment page anymore. Services are running and if i make a call from the fono panel the call comes to my mobile that is proxcy registered, but when i try to call back i get no response or 404 not found. I tried to restart the services and even did a full restart to the server but nothing helps. Sad part is that i didnt have a backup yet, server did a restart just when i was setting up our ports and did a firewall check.

Is there another way to restart the services to get the managment page to work? So i could make a backup? And maybe install version 16 3cx.

oh boy how did i miss that, you are correct this was not running. I got the web management to work but calling to the fono panel is still not working. I can call my phone but not back to the panel.

Anyways thank you! i will dig deeper as whats up with the calling. At least i can make my backups now.

It's so random, now everything works like it should. And I didn't change anything in my settings.

I was still having problems with no sound and video when i tried to call back or it would give me no responce/404 error, i checked all my port forwardings and settings again though firewall check was green and calling out worked well...
