3CX Media Server blocked for more than 120 seconds

Hi, having an issue where once or twice a day we'll get this message on our 3CX Hyper V Debian Server.
It happens around the same time our phones start unregistering, being unable to transfer, or not able to accept calls at all
Steps taken so far:
Restarted server
Check server resources
Granted extra resources to Hyper V
There is enough disk space on the server

Unsure of what steps are next

where did this come from?

Does it happen at the same time? Anything on your host causing this? a snapshot maybe?

It comes from our Debian 12 3CX server when logged in
It happens just before our phones start becoming unregistered among other general problems with the phone server
We have our server on premise, checked all the stats and increased the resources it has with no luck

This seems a bit suspicious.. I would suggest you reinstall your system using the 3CX Debian ISO
