3CX Microsoft Dynamics Server Side Integration.

We have a client whom we're upgrading to v16. Currently they're using the Microsoft Dynamics client side integration. In the client side integration 3CX can search from either the Contacts, Leads or Accounts. The client has integrated dynamics to their ERP and this displays information on the accounts page i.e. customer balance e.t.c:


Is it possible to achieve a similar contact lookup order in the server side integration? The current server side integration seems to bring up the contact page only.

The server side integration also searches in the Contacts, Leads and Accounts tables. You just can't define the lookup order, but the 3 entities are considered.

If the lookup is not bringing any results for Accounts, then you should check the 3cxSystemService.log file, maybe there is some issue in that query...
