We have installed a 3CX server on-premise, and users are primarily using the mobile app to communicate. However, we've encountered an issue: when a user's mobile device loses internet connectivity, the extension still appears with a green status light on the server. As a result, if another user tries to call that extension, the call rings as if the recipient is available, even though they are actually offline. This creates confusion, as callers assume the person is simply not answering the call.Ideally, when a client goes offline, the server should reflect this by changing the status light to red. This would help users easily identify when someone is unavailable and avoid unnecessary calls.

The app uses Push and stays registered for 7 days. If it loses connection, how do you expect the app to inform the system? It has no connection!

It's made this way and cannot be changed. If it's that much of a problem, don't use the app.
