3CX MSSQL Connection

I want to connect the 3cx switchboard that we use locally in our company to MsSQL. However, I don't know how to set it up.
https://www.3cx.com/docs/sql-database-pbx-integration/ explains some things here but I don't understand how to create data in SQL. How to create a table in SQL and how we can create fields.
Our goal is to keep some logs in MsSQL.
I created and connected empty data via the "Server Side" menu, but it is getting an error.

Creating the database, tables, fields and so on is something that you need to handle yourself. If you don't know how to proceed, you should ask in an SQL forum.

Once you have your database, you need to specify the SQL queries that 3CX must execute in order to run a contact lookup, log calls, chats, etc. This will depend on your database structure, we might be able to provide some advise, but you need to have your database in place first.
