3CX Music Onhold set with specific queue

Hello 3CX Teams,

I would like to have one question about Music onhold in 3cx, we would need to config specific music when agent press onhold, the action is when agent speaking with customer, then agent press hold it's will hear the music that we have set in each queue to customer for waiting. show may we do like that on 3cx queue?

Not possible. MoH is global. On-hold uses the global options.

I believe you can set MOH for queues in the options tab of the queue. Is this what you're after?
I think how this works is that the caller needs to be from that queue to receive that On-Hold Music for that queue setting.
Otherwise, if there's nothing set, it will revert to the Global.
