3CX Myphone Presence information

Hi,

My presence information dashboard is no longer showing my queues so I can't login or out.

I've reinstalled but this does not seem to make any difference.

Was working and then gone.

Hi chilisoft,
please make sure that your extension is either set as an agent of a queue or a queue manager if you want to see queues. Also make sure that you have 3CX Phone System 12 Pro to be able to log in and out of queues from the Presence Screen. If you problems persist please email me with images of your presence screen, Queue settings and Licence info so we can check why the problem persists.
