3CX Myphone (Silverlight)

Good afternoon,

We have an issue where our Silverlight and the web version of Myphone are not keeping up and in some cases not reflected missed, received or placed calls. I have cleared the cache in Silverlight and in IE9, but the problem still persists. Is there a fix to this?

The Silverlight based MyPhone only got to live for the v11.x version of 3CX. V12 it is replaced with a whole different product.

Therefore, if you are running the latest version of v11, that is as good as it got. If you opened a support case I would fully expect that support would tell you to go to V12. Personally we have been holding off on v12 due to not all the features we enjoy in v11 MyPhone being available. Read the other threads and have your eyes wide open before making the decision on when to upgrade.

Agreed on V11 and holding off on V12.

Try IE in compatibility mode to see if that resolves the issue.

Yes, holding off still seems a wise choice for now.
Let's see if another SP or a 12.x release helps bringing back all the features and usability we lost.

We upgraded to v12 and after a week...downgraded back to version 11 as like the other person said....lost too many myphone features.

So we may not be doing anymore upgrades if a similar interface as ver 11 had doesn't re-appear
