Hi,

I need 3cx to use our public IP address when starting calls to our SIP trunks because i'm using Twilio and they need to use our public IP address as a Origination URI for security. The Public IP address is set in the network settings correctly and the services have been restarted since setting that however i still get our internal IP when starting calls like below.

04-Oct-2018 08:36:31.575 [CM503001]: Call(C:60): Incoming call from Extn:5015 to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

I'm using version 14 service pack 3 of 3CX and any ideas would be most helpful! I've also tried to change the relevant settings in the advanced section of the SIP trunk however nothing changes.

Many thanks!

Hello @AnthonyICON

The first thing i would recommend is upgrading the system to the latest version as you may encounter activation issues in the future. You should have received an email regarding this.
In V15.5 Twilio has been tested with the included template and calls work without additional changes to the PBX

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, is it free of charge to upgrade or would we need to purchase a new licence?

Thanks

You maintenance on you licence must have been renewed automatically so you are able to upgrade for free. If it hasn't let me know so we can look into it. The email you received regarding the upgrade should contain all the info you need to upgrade your PBX.
