Hi every body and support 3cx.
Plase help me 3cx not intregrate popup contact to zendesk.
My 3CX pro license can not intregrate popup contact to zendesk.

How I config and fix this problem.
3CX Version Number 15.5.0

What's parameter for fill in client secret on 3cx client ?
How I wrong config ?
I try test to Insightly crm it's normal.

Hello @ittssupport,

You're configuring the client and the server side integration. Please note that the client side integration has been deprecated, you should use the server side approach as described here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/zendesk-crm-integration/

As per the screenshots you sent, this is properly configured. But maybe you don't know how this works. Let me explain:
- When an inbound call arrives, the contact will be taken from Zendesk and imported into 3CX Contacts.
- The contact name will be shown as the caller name, no matter the phone you use.
- If you use the 3CX Web Client, a button to open the contact record will also be shown.

So, please ensure that you're using the 3CX Web Client when you receive the inbound call.
