I have installed 3CX v14 on Windows 10 PC, have forwarded all of the required ports and the Firewall Checker passed. However, I can NOT get it to register with a 3CX supported VoIP provider (CallCentric).

I have checked the VoIP authenticating info and that is correct. I do not have any phones installed yet.

What am I doing incorrectly?

What (error?) does the 3CX server log show after a registration attempt? There should be an indication in there about what the issue is.

Here is what I see in the Activity Log:

18-Jun-2016 22:51:43.431 [EC100002] Connection with media server is lost
18-Jun-2016 22:51:41.911 [EC100008]: Connection with TunnelService is lost

Those are the internal modules that drive 3cx. These are typically stopped when running the firewall checker. You need to restart them in order for normal operation of the PBX functionality to resume. You can do this by going to system services and restart all or by rebooting the system.

It was not clear in what order you tried to connect to your provider, before or after the firewall test. You may also need to check any firewalls that are installed on the machine where 3CX is installed (windows or 3rd party) and either make provisions for the same forwarding or turn-off.

Ineblett, thank you very much for your help, it works. The Firewall Checker had stopped the internal modules and I had to restart them for PBX to register with my VoIP provider.

Thanks to Inbelt I too had a same problem now it's working fine now I'm getting best voip service through 3cx
