3CX Notification: Change in your Public IP Address - email notification

Hello,

we have a 3CX PBX configured in dynamic public ip address mode and get a email notification every time the public ip address changes. - we get a few of these per day.
Is it possible to disable this specific notification?

I can see a few previous locked threads with no answer to this from a few years ago and just wondered if it had ever been implemented and if so, how do we disable them?

I'm afraid disabling this particular email notification is not possible.

You might want to search through our Ideas Section to see if anyone else posted about this capability and therefore upvote it to help push it up the list.
