Solved 3cx Nova Greece, MOH instead ring-back on outgoing calls

Hello,

I setup a trunk with Nova SIP provider in Greece.
The problem is when i make an outgoing call, i hear my music on hold instead ring back tone like my other trunks do , same when the destination is busy.

Besides that, the calls in completes successfully when the other party answer the call.

Incoming calls working ok also.

The only problem i see in wireshark is

But i cant understand it.

Any thoughts ?

This depends on how the provider is handling the call. Usually this is an issue with UAC and UAS roles.
First you need to run captures to identify it and contact provider to check.

This require to be checked in the SDP of the sip responses.
I would also suggest to contact with your provider to clarify further as this is not a 3CX Supported Provider.

For anyone may interesting the Nova Greece sending in session 183 SIP/SDP Media Attribute (a) = sendonly instead sendrecv to listen ring-back tone and not your own MOH.

This could be solved only by them.
