I want to know if I need pro version of 3CX if all i want is the contact name to appear on the Windows 3CX client. I have already setup import contacts with my 365 account which shows all the contacts correctly but when a call comes through it does not show a name. I have reduced the number it uses to verify the contact down to 5.
Is the import contacts button supposed to import them from 365 into contacts on the main system? If so its not doing that, its just putting the contacts on the windows client itself.
