3cx on cloud, call failed, decline

I have 3cx pbx on cloud. I am able to register the 3cx client and i am not able to call extensions. it says call failed and decline. In the activity log it shows.

When using TLS the option should be unchecked. Try sending a new welcome email to the extension and see if that resolves the issue.

For new extensions the disallow was checked

I have added sip trunk. I cannot see caller ID once i receive any calls. it shows private or no caller-ID

Is it a supported sip trunk? You can run a wireshark capture and check what the provider is sending as caller ID. He could be sending the caller ID to a different SIP field so you may have to tweak the inbound parameters of the trunk to get this working.
