3CX on Patton 4638 with OLD configuration

Hi,
I need to upgrade my PBX System with 3CX.
Now i have 3 SIP Gateway in my startup configuration.
PBX [192.168.150.1]
Patton 4638 [192.168.150.2] with firmware 4.2.
Patton 4112 [192.168.150.3] only for fax.

How do I configure 3CX?
The file generated is only for firmware 5x.
