3cx on VMware error on network NIC assigned

I have setup 3cx in VMware environment which have Prod NIC, Backup to SAN NIC and Management NIC as when configure 3cx connect to phone via production NIC and sometimes 3cx is automatic point Backup SAN NIC which cause 3cx system offline.

Question how come 3cx discovery and act Backup SAN Network card (NIC) as secondary back to production even do I have not assigned from the 3cx system. Anyone expert out there to assist.

Hello @joe3cx , we don't, as we as application don't handle the network stack, this is done by the OS (Windows or Debian) and the VMware tools installed on the OS level. It appears that something in your settings beeld the SAN network into the OS.

Yes , NIC is happend at OS level and why at 3cx software pickup backup SAN nic as prod Nic i have assign at 3cx using production nic.any idea

Start by assigning a single NIC to your VM, and then verify that the OS only sees this single NIC before you proceed to install 3CX
