3CX on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi. My company is doing a proof of concept of 3CX server using the Enterprise edition. The admin guide lists all Windows OS supported including Windows desktop and server versions. As this system will eventually potentially support hundreds of employees I prefer to run 3CX on robust sever OS specifically Windows Server 2008 R2 w/c is the current standard server OS of my company. Would appreciate comments from folks regards running 3CX on this Windows version.
