Solved 3CX Out of office hours phones ringing

Hello All,

My customer would like to receive the phone calls only on the IP Phone (Yealink T46S) out of the office hours, so the 3CX mobile app at this time, on the same extension should not ring.
I couldn't find any standard settings to allows me achieve that, but I am quite sure, that it might me possible by fooling the 3CX in some way. Any help and suggestion appreciated!

Hi Mike,

They have to use the app menu option "Exit - Ignores Push"

The iPhone does not allow this feature, so if on iPhone then they need to go to accounts, and disable their account.

Thank you for your feedback! I have been looking for the solution, which will allows to disable incoming calls on mobile app more smooth, something which doesn't require to much action from the end user.
