I'm on an updated Windows 10 Pro, Office 365 Outlook. I followed the documentation listed on the site and still get the below error when launching Outlook. My 3CX is Enterprise and up to date to latest production build. Scripts appear to be in the correct location here: C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp\DotNetScripts\Outlook. I installed VST 2007 and 2010 to be safe. Please advise.

Name: 3CXOutlookAddin - 3CX Outlook Addin

From: file:///C:/ProgramData/3CXPhone for Windows/PhoneApp/DotNetScripts/Outlook/References/3CXOutlookAddin.vsto

Can you try installing the Outlook integration from 3CXPlugins instead of deploying it through provisioning?

Please try this:
  1. From the 3CX Console > Extension > Options > Uncheck the option "Enable integration (Legacy)".
  2. Restart 3CXPhone so the integration is removed.
  3. Install 3CXPlugins and select Outlook.

Please let me know if this makes any difference.

Followed instructions and had the same errors. I also tried to view the settings in the pic attached and get an error. Maybe I'm going about this all wrong. Do I need this functionality or was it deprecated with different integration? I'm looking to dial from Outlook using 3CX.1611003330111.png

This integration is what you need to call from Outlook. And the integration is supported.

Looks like your computer somehow is not trusting the add-in. You should check if it was marked as coming from another computer, as that might cause this. Go to the folder "C:/ProgramData/3CXPhone for Windows/PhoneApp/DotNetScripts/Outlook/References", right click on the file "3CXOutlookAddin.vsto" and click "Properties". Check if the dialog shows this at the bottom:

In that case, check Unblock and then OK. Then try restarting Outlook and see if the addin is trusted.
