3CX panel how to show call from all departments

Hi,

I have a 3CX extension who is the system owner and a member of 2 departments. However, in his web login, he cannot see active calls from the department members.

What needs to done ?

*I want this facility to provide Barge-in, listen facility to a client

What options does the user have in their View tab of their configuration?
