3cx Partner

I have been a 3cx partner for 5 years and now when I login it only shows my system. When I login to the systems directly it shows my partner name and number still. Is anyone else having this issue?

If your 3CX account was an affiliate, we announced the end of the affiliate partnership level, and we asked you to contact us if you're committed to continuing your partnership with 3CX by becoming a Bronze Partner.

Maybe you have not replied to us, so your affiliate account may have been deleted due to the unfulfilled requirements.
