We've upgraded to version 20 for a customer last week, some users have advised they are unable to access call recordings which they were previously able to. Being aware of the permission changes from 18 to 20, we reviewed the permission matrix again & it listed that the 'Manager' role has access to recordings, however when we assigned the Manager role the tab did not show up under the admin section, it appears you need the 'System Owner' role in order to see the recordings tab - is this correct or could there be an issue with our installation perhaps?

We also noticed that the date format appears to be in the US Format instead of the AUS Format (e.g. a call recording shows 10/07/2025 instead of 07/10/2025). I double checked the departments & system settings - as-well as the debian backend time zone - which are all configured as Australian time zone. Is there somewhere else we need to configure this?

Any information or help is appreciated.

Only the system owner extension has access to the recordings from the admin settings.
The other roles that have access to the recording can access them from the right side of their options.

Regarding the date format, if you switch on the personal settings of the user, the language from English UK to English US,
the date format will also change.

Hi Nikos,

I appreciate your reply, thanks for confirming on the recordings access - I have advised the end users.

I have changed from English US to English UK, the date format is now correct! I have advised users to update this as required.

Regards
