3CX phone app

How may I remove the 3CX phone app for IOS and Android phones? Everyone is now on the softphone app and access to their cell phone is no longer needed.

You must ask the users to uninstall the app from the Android / iOS device.

If you want to block it entirely, you must edit the extensions and tick this:


This means that their mobile app (and the old Windows app) will stop working.

They will only be able to connect using Webclient and the new V18 Desktop App.

I was able to deselect the below "Enable PUSH for smartphones" and it stopped access to the cell phones.

They can still make outgoing calls with their cell phone apps though. Push-disable is only for preventing incoming calls reaching your device.
