3CX phone book

Hello,

I have a user who has entered a large number of contacts into the phone-book. However at the time of entry they didn't have permission to manage the company directory. We have since enabled this and the magic little tick box has appeared allowing "add to company phone-book". This works fine now. However we had expected when you click to edit the contact the tick-box to also be present to allow the existing contacts entered to be migrated to the company phone-book, this is not the case. Can anyone tell me how we can migrate private contacts over to the company wide phone-book.

There is no such functionnality allowing to transfer personal contact to company at current, kindly post this as a feature request on 3cx ideas : http://www.3cx.com/ideas
In the meantime please open a support ticket through your reseller on our support portal so that we can help further on this issue.
