I have a problem in my Company about 3CX Phone for Windows v15.5 in Deskphone (CTI) mode.
We can't call to the other users and outside numbers, when we click "call" button it's not gonna happen. The Software mode works fine.
This problem issue for the most part of computers and notebooks in company, but all hardware gets the same configuration same templates and the same LAN.

Everything on 3CX server looks fine. This is the same network configuration for all device.

I've already hard reset the phone and re-provisioned it. No succsess.

System operations desktop and notebook: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
Phone Model: Fanvil X3S
Frimware: 2.4.0.5572
License: Professional Perpetual 15.5.15502.6

Anyone can help?

Hello @ciap

Are the phones, 3CX clients and 3CX phone system on the same lan and same IP range? Do they appear as local in the 3CX management console?
Are the phones provisioned using the 3CX default template? Can you try using the web client? Does that work?

As i wrote above every phone is on the same LAN and config and template and they appear as local in 3CX MC. Softphone work fine. Web Client also. What is very weird is that the issue is present on few workstations. Most of them are working fine.
I already deleted the defected extension and created new one but without success to call via CTI. Did also use another phone.
Any ideas?

Try removing any A/V software installed on the affected machines and disable the windows firewall as a test and see if that works.

Already did without success. Wired is that that extension that are working fine on other machines are working also on the effected machines. Only some extensions are not working with CTI.
