3cx Phone does not work properly with no-ip url for 3cx serv

Connection: [WiFi|3G] both
Server: [Internal|External] I querss external, i.e. the problem is outside on my LAN

Android app works when I define External PBX IP as the ip address of my network connection to my ISP (having redirected ports on my router), however, if I use a url from no-ip.org, the app reports registered (ON HOOK), but the calls do not go through.

Server activity log shows:

You need to instruct your PBX to interpret the domain name as an own one.

You need to put your no-IP "name" into the 3CX PBX Domain Name field (Advanced settings). 3CX will reject the call otherwise.
