3CX Phone doesn't install

Hi, when I run 3CXPhone6.msi, it says the following:

The program is not installed on my system (it was long time ago, it was uninstalled then). To confirm this I ran "msiexec.exe" with /x key, and it said the program is not installed. Is there some leftover remain, or is it a bug?

Is there a way to solve it? I'm attaching my process output just in case

I tried some of the suggestions from that topic but nothing helped. For now on the affected machine I'm using X-lite to work with 3cx Phone System, but I would still be grateful for the solution without the need to reisntall OS.
