3CX Phone for Windows 10

Can somebody to help me to solve this problem, after install 3CXPhone, i get the error message :

3CXPhone has encountered an unhandled exception and will close.

I check .NET updates, and I already have install .NET Fremework 4.5.
What is the next step?

Ensure you have the c++ 2010 runtimes installed aswell.

I have Windows 10 in my laptop, and this upgrade about 4 days, all updates is a new version. I don't have c++ 2010, but i have 2015.
Is there a another solution except my updates.

Please install the 2010 aswell as per documentation

Run it as an administrator, and also run it in Windows 8 compatibility Mode. To enable compatibility mode Go to properties>compatibility>windows 8.
