3CX Phone - Retrieve a contact variable from an external application

Hello,

We need to retrieve variables to pass them to an external application via 3CX Phone on external call.

As an example, we find the variables:%CallerNumber% %CallerDisplayName%

Is it possible to recover any other variable than the one mentioned above?

Ideally we wanted to retrieve the "Other" variable

For information we are on 3CX v18

We aren't aware of any other variables other than the two you've mentioned which are outlined in the integration section of the Web Client.

No, there are no additional parameters you can pass. If you want more information, you will have to wait for the recently announced new REST API and Gateway service scheduled for release later this year, or look into subscribing to real-time events using the 3CX Call Control API, or using our VoIPTools API.
