Hi,
For all of you considering moving to Windows 10 - don't. Not yet anyways.
I've had the upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10 and my 3CX Client immediately stopped working and will not load.
It throws up the following error on attempting to load:
Start(): Unable to start 3CXPhone API Host
One or more errors occurred.
Inner Exception:
-------------------
System.ServiceModel.AddressAccessDeniedException: HTTP could not register URL http://+:8085/. Your process does not have access rights to this namespace (see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70353 for details). ---> System.Net.HttpListenerException: Access is denied
at System.Net.HttpListener.AddAllPrefixes()
at System.Net.HttpListener.Start()
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.SharedHttpTransportManager.OnOpen()
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at System.Runtime.AsyncResult.End[TAsyncResult](IAsyncResult result)
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.CommunicationObject.EndOpen(IAsyncResult result)
at System.Web.Http.SelfHost.HttpSelfHostServer.OpenListenerComplete(IAsyncResult result)
