I have V11 SP4 and am having no difficulty with the outlook addin running on Outlook 2013.

I have also V11, but how you use MS Outlook add in ? - How you configure add-in with MS OU 2013 ?
In the MS OU 2010 I have possibility configure add-in, but when I have OU 2013, I cannot in 3cx configure any connection with this.

Sorry i should have said desktop components instead of Outlook addin. The desktop components includes a COM+ addin for outlook. You should just need to install the desktop components and make sure MyPhone is up and running when you try and call from Outlook. I should note all of my testing has been on 32bit installations of Office 2013 i have not tried it on a 64bit installation of office 2013.
