3CX phone system resetting LAN connection

Hi I am using 3cx phone system and we have cisco IP phone SPa504G connected.

We are using the lan from phones to our computers for some unknown reason phones are resetting the LAN connection which is creating issues in our desktops and LAN gets disconnected.

Has anyone faced similar issues - please share your experience

thank you leejor for your help I will look am going thru the link and will try to see if this is happening bcos of the same reason.
