3CX Phone System V15 on Linux - Deleted my recordings without permission

3cx deleted without my permission the recordings, without these fulfilling the 120 days that was configured. Please check that I consider it a very serious mistake.

Is it possible to recover the deleted recordings in Debian Linux?

If you have the ability to open a support ticket either directly or through a partner please do as we need to investigate your issue as we have not heard anything similar before.

We have experienced the same issue with the v15 SP4 on Debian after migrating from Windows. No issue before migrating but since migrating recordings are deleted even though setting is specified for 30 day delete.

Did you migrate from a previous version backup which contained recordings? Were the recordings there and then deleted or were they deleted from the beginning?

There were recordings in the import from previous. They also have been deleted. New recordings are stored and then deleted within a day.
Maybe the clean up cron is hours and not days?
