3CX Phone V12 bring to front option missing

Hi all,

I'm new here in this forum. I recently implemented 3CX 16SC Pro as a replacement to my old NEC PABX. We are using Yealink T46G handsets.

I installed the latest version of 3CX Windows V12.0.33517.0. Everything is working fine on CTI mode but when there's an incoming call it won't show the actual scree. I have to click on the tab.

How can I setup the bring to front option? I saw a guide on this website but it is for V11.

Kindly try the option to Steal Focus under the Settings >> Advanced >> Behavior.
