3CX phones not reaching out through the firewall

Hi all we have a issues where the phones are not reaching out through the firewall and the firewall checker passes, we are using an A-record to point them. any suggestions?

Please expand the issues the phones are experiencing reaching the internet

When you say A record, are you using your own FQDN

No wehave a 3cx FQDN, ok we have 2 linux servers for 3cx at a customer location their network guys added an A-record for the 3cx fqdn to point to the primary server, so in a failover situation the fqdn will still point to the primary server.
