Error:

3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server
Stopped

This is the second week we have this error, restarting the service fix the issue

I'm not sure what to look. My extensions are 3 digits, when I go to Activity Log I can see extensions with 4 digits.

Can this error be caused by a trunk timeout error?

How much disk space is free?

Is this a build from the Debian ISO?

Are you running anything else on the VM?

you would need to put PBX in to versbose logging and replicate the issue to check a service not starting issue.

We have 70 gb free, only 11% it’s used.

this instance was created using PBX Express, we didn’t select the ISO

We don’t know how to replicate this issue, we just know is second time we get this error.

if we put the PBX in versbose will this affect any feature or functionality?

thanks for the assistance

You will have to reboot the PBX to apply logging level.

You're not really supposed to leave it running as it uses some resource but theres no harm really if you check your resource level and set it to purge logs every 2 days or something.

The 4 digit "extensions" are your SIP trunks. Since it is your Sip Server crashing I would suspect the trunk error may be the problem. I would try deleteing the trunks and re-installing. If problem persists do as kieferschild said and use verbose logging to help resolve the issue
