3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server will not start

I cannot access the web management console and when the service tries to start on windows, the error is : error 193: 0xc1.
3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server and 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console will not start.

Can you please let us know which version of windows you are using? Also when did the issue start? Was it working before? Did anything change before the issue occurred? Have you checked the windows event viewer to see if any relevant errors appear there?

Windows error 193 - "is not a valid Win32 application". Most probably, the file is damaged by some means.

Windows 10 PRO.
Services- 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console and 3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server will not start.

Windows System Even Viewer reports:
The 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console service failed to start due to the following error:
3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console is not a valid Win32 application.

The 3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server service failed to start due to the following error:
3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server is not a valid Win32 application.

I was running the latest version of 3CX. The phones connect but I cannot connect to the web admin.

Are you running Windows 10 Pro 32 or 64bits?
All operating system must be install in its x64 version. 32 bit versions are not compatible with 3CX PBX server.

Yes, it's all x64.

Please check if Windows is up-to-date and please consider a re-install of 3CX.
Are you running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update?
