3CX Polycom Soundstation IP7000 Issues.

Hello,

We have a couple of issues with running the IP7000 with 3CX. I know it is legacy support and I've followed this guide. https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-soundstation-5000-6000-7000/

1. Almost every reboot of the phone results in an error File System Error : No Free Space. My understanding from this forum post over at Polycom is that the issue was resolved with UC 4.0.11. 3CX recommend and support 4.0.10.0689. Has anyone successfully run a later firmware on the IP7000 and for it to still work with 3CX?

2. We can't seem to get into the admin page of the IP7000s after they've been provisioned. All the passwords we've tried don't wont. Tried passwords include 456, admin, the ext number, auth ID, auth password, web auth password. None seem to work?

To answer my own question, I took a gamble on upgrading the IP7000 firmware to 4.0.11 and it seems to work fine with 3CX. Resolved the "File system error: no free space" issue also.
