3CX Postgre Database query

Hi,
I am writing an application and came across the table callhistory2 on the 3CX postgre database.
Going through the table it made me quite confused.
Points:
My main concern are these columns a)is_answ b) is_fail c) is_compl
I wanted to know how these fields are filled up.Actually i got more confused about is_fail column and how it is filled up.Like what are the criterias for a call to fail.

Have you taken a look at the new Call Reporting tool? I don't know what you're intending, but maybe the Call Reporting tool already does what you need.
