3cx pre-made hardware?

Are there any companies out there making a 3cx hardware package already put together? All I have to do is load the OS and config and go?

Yes, Dell/Hp/Lenovo would be the top 3.

I used to work for a 3CX Distributor and this option was considered many times, however it was never really something that was done due to the fact that the time spent arranging the hardware, setup etc would normally depreciate any margin that would be made - especially if you consider that you can go on Ebay and get a fairly cheap refurbished unit very easily these days.

As a side note, I know that some Gateway providers (such as beroNet and Patton) also provide appliances you can run 3CX in (comes with a built in PC basically):
