3cx pust don't work.

I installed 3cx on iphone. When i don't open iphone, i can't see my call. Help me.

Please note that you need to provision your client by sending a welcome email from your extension. You also must give the appropriate permissions to the client so it can use 3g/4g and notifications.
Make sure that under your extension settings you have tunnel and Push enabled and try again. if there is an update for iOS certificate in the management console please download it so it can be applied.
