3cx QR Code BUG -- welcome email qr code vs admin portal qr code

Gday Guys,

Some might argue this isn't a bug, but either way.

When you send the welcome email, the QR code is the FQDN of the external interface, which is as i'd suggest the way it should be, however when you use the admin portal, go to the extensions, pick a user and go to client and use the qr code there, it is the internal FQDN, which of course is no good for when people go outside of the network IE Mobile phone. can this be fixed, as i'm guessing most if not all people want this to be the external FQDN.

It depends how you are logged in to the 3cx Management Console (admin portal).
If you are logged in using the internal FQDN - the QR code will be generated using the internal FQDN.
If you are logged in using the external FQDN - the QR code will be generated using the external FQDN.

Will have to try this when back onsite -- OK this is correct. i'd still say that this needs correcting. admittedly i DO use the internal fqdn, as its much shorter
