Hi All,

Just curious as to peoples real world experience running 3CX on Rasberry Pi. I'm looking at running 4 sim calls and 4 handsets and likely only using the basic features. How well does Rasberry Pi hold up? Are there any tips, tricks with the hardware or setup i need to be aware of? I know there is an install guide etc more just asking a general question if people are finding Rasberry a good reliable solution or if i'm better off with a Mini PC.

TIA.

Hi,
all important points are in 3cx docs, Pi' is working like a charm, You need attention to buy a good power supply, also you need 16 or 32 Go SD card high speed and quality one. a box with fans can be a plus but not necessary if you have an install place with air conditioned that's a best point as for all computers running H24/365.
If your project is as small as you describe, it's doing the job perfectly

The cost is so small you can also have one more in spare , ready to start if you don't trust Pi capabilities
