3cx recent exam attempt

Just took a shot at the 3cx exam and failed it. It was pretty interesting because the app froze when I had 3:21 sec remaining. Luckily, I took a video of the test. I followed the instruction about refreshing the page, but it took me back to the begining of the test. It was very weird, because I had to quickly again re-check my answers to ensure nothing was missed as a result of the refresh. By the time, i got back to where I left off. Time has ended! Sucks! Does anyone have any advice on this behaviour?

By the way, it was a marginal failed attempt too, my result was 23/30 questions. Had it not been for that disruption - I would have gotten the cert. Speaking to support around it, they said that they received my test repsonses in the first 16 minutes. I told them that this was not the case at all from my experience. Imagine, me using the first 16 minutes to do all that work and used the last 44 minutes to sit around and do what, idle? I am hoping for a positive turn around on this matter because it was not anything within my control to do...

My case was closed and no one to assist further. The blame was put on me to have refereshed my browser (which I assure you that have done). I wish someone could help with this matter. As I am clearly a victim of the system.

Just wait the delay and do it again.

"A victim of the system" c'mon. It's a training, you think they'll make it easy to start again?

I honestly was! i can accept failing something on fair grounds. but this one right here, was certainly not a testament due to lacking of knowledge. Outside of my control. I dont want hand outs because I have many certs to compliment my background. I know what failing and and getting back up feels like. I am resiliant. In this case, I would say it was not my fault. Hence my comment, "victim of the system" I am sticking to it. They said all I had to do was refresh the page and I did that, it took me right back to the begining of the test. I attached the response. I acn't imagine anyone would want to go through an exam and then stop for 16 minutes.
