3cx recording addons

Good Day All,

Some of our clients require easier access and manageability of recordings.
We have looked around and found that VoipTools product is great but the support is below average.

Does anyone have some suggestions to look at, some other product?
what is your experience with each of these add-ons?

Hi @Paul Fouche ,

V16 brings a new Recordings Management interface, so it may be worth holding off until it's released to look elsewhere. (Also you could deploy a test V16 and experiment with the new recording interface to see if it suits your requirements).
