3CX Recording Settings Reverting

Hi All,

Wondering if anybody has had the same issue as us. We have a select group of users who are able to pause recording on their 3CX for taking credit card info over the phone. Recently this setting was reverted so they were unable to do so. I then went in and changed it so they had the ability again, it worked for a week but the settings have again reverted back so that they are unable to record. Has anybody had a similar issue?
