Hi, we have client that expired today, we did renew it with the hosting, it is up and running, but weirdly, it still does tell me my licence is expired in the console (not in my partner one) and im now department admin, and theyre is no owner in any user to force sync.

Whta should i do?

Remove your license key from here. I can be used by someone else!

Once you renew the license, and 3CX hosting machines come back online, as they have. As long as you did not choose to redeploy, which would create a new machine that will create a new instance without the previous configuration, which does not seem to be the case.

What exactly is the issue, please?

yes the machine is back online, but when we connect to it there is a mesage that my licence is expired, Also we are missing a bunch of button in the admin panel like my trunk and SBC dont show, but they work.

Try refreshing your license in the Settings > License section, and ensure that the user you are logged in with is the system Owner.

In his opening post, he says he has no owner user anymore to access that part of the dashboard to force it.

Is there a direct link to trigger it?

yes that would be great, but yes its weird, and we are kinda stuck.

Then best open a support ticket to check this for you.
